Lemon & Cucumber

Lemon juice natural contains Vitamin C, an antioxidant that may help reduce skin damage and premature aging. Due to it’s high pH levels, lemon can decrease oil on the skin and reduce inflammation. It can also help with skin lightening.

Cucumber reduces swelling and puffiness. Aids with acne prone skin and helps to combat premature aging as well. Cucumber acts as a base for hydration and also soothes irritation.

How to make:

  1. Mix together ⅓  cup of pure lemon juice  with ⅓  cup of water and/or add freshly sliced lemons into the ice roller and top with freshly sliced cucumber to holder and just add water and place in freezer.
  2. Once frozen, simply glide on clean for an instant wake-me-up. To perform a lymphatic drainage with your ice roller, always massage upward and from the middle of the face toward the lymph nodes around the neck and ears
  3. Rinse your face with water and store ice roller in freezer to use again
  4. After using ice roller pat face dry with towel

Green Tea

With its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties, a green tea can help benefit your skin in a variety of ways. Not only can it protect your skin from UV damage, premature aging, irritation and redness, it also has the ability to fight off bacteria that can lead to acne breakouts.

 How to make:

  1. Brew 1-2 green tea bags in boiling water
  2. Once cool, pour tea in bottom of your ed&I ice roller and place in freezer.

Aloe Vera
