BEFORE — Exfoliate
Apply dry body scrub to dry skin before showering
Massage in buffing motions all over the body to remove dead skin and buildup
Rinse off in the shower

DURING — Protect

Massage into skin until absorbed
Reapply every 2 hours when exposed to the sun

ALWAYS — Hydrate
