7 Steps to Manifesting Your Dreams: A Guide to Turning Vision into Reality

I recently read the book 7 Steps to Manifesting by Roxie Nafousi. Though I have studied the power of thought before, this book was a great reminder about the power of manifesting and how to adopt the process into your day today. Here is an overview I thought I would pass on, even though I do recommend grabbing a copy and having a read. 

Manifestation is more than just wishful thinking; it’s about aligning your mind, energy, and actions to bring your desires to life. 

1. Be Clear in Your Vision

The foundation of manifestation is clarity. What do you truly want? Write it down, visualize it, and make it specific. Whether it’s a dream job, a loving relationship, or inner peace, paint a vivid picture of your goal. The universe thrives on specificity, so the clearer your vision, the stronger the magnetic pull toward it.

Tip: Create a vision board or journal to solidify your goals. Include images, words, or anything that resonates with your desired outcome. 

2. Remove Fear and Doubt

Fear and doubt act as barriers to manifestation. They signal to the universe that you’re uncertain about your desires. Acknowledge these feelings but don’t let them control you. Replace negative thoughts with affirmations that reaffirm your worth and capability.

Example Affirmation: “I am worthy of achieving my dreams, and I trust the process.”

3. Align Your Behavior

Manifestation requires more than thoughts. It demands action. Align your daily habits and decisions with your goals. For instance, if you’re manifesting better health, start exercising and eating mindfully. Taking aligned actions reinforces your commitment to your vision.

Action Step: Break your goal into smaller, actionable steps and focus on one at a time.

4. Overcome Tests from the Universe

Challenges often arise as you pursue your dreams. These tests can seem like roadblocks, but they’re opportunities to prove your commitment. Stay resilient and view setbacks as lessons. The universe is asking, “How badly do you want this?”

I have always believed that the unaversive rewards those who deserve it. It will test you prior to rewarding you. Those who stay focused, overcome adversity and challenges time and time again, will prevail. 

Mindset Shift: Instead of saying, “Why is this happening to me?” ask, “What is this teaching me?”

5. Embrace Gratitude Without Caveats

Gratitude is a powerful force in manifestation. Be thankful for what you already have and for the progress you’re making. Avoid placing conditions on your gratitude (“I’ll be grateful once I achieve this”). Appreciate the journey and trust the timing.

Gratitude Practice: Write down three things you’re grateful for each day.

6. Turn Envy into Inspiration

It’s natural to feel envious of others who have what you desire. Instead of letting envy drain your energy, reframe it as inspiration. If they achieved it, so can you. Their success is proof that your dream is possible.

Reframe Thought: “Their achievement inspires me to work toward my own goals.”

7. Trust in the Universe

My favourite saying is - Its already happened, time just hasn't caught up. 

The final step is trust. Trust that the universe has your back and that things are unfolding as they should. Let go of the need to control every detail. When you release attachment to the outcome, you create space for unexpected blessings to flow in.

Mantra: “I trust the process and believe everything is working in my favor.”

Manifesting is a journey of self-discovery and growth. By practicing these steps, you’ll not only bring your dreams closer but also become the person ready to receive them. Remember, the universe responds to clarity, confidence, and unwavering belief.
