We Listened: Revealing Our Customer Insights

We recently conducted a survey among those who have used our ed&i products firsthand, seeking to gather valuable feedback. 

Your responses are crucial in helping us understand your needs better and in enhancing the quality and performance of our products.

We are pleased to share with you the insights and information we received from this survey. 

The survey data demonstrates that SKIN COAT is highly effective in numerous areas of skincare and beyond. SKIN COAT effectively diminishes the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles (75%), leaves the skin feeling deeply hydrated post-application (99%), brightens the complexion (74%), and enhances skin plumpness (81%). These positive responses indicate that SKIN COAT is a multi-faceted product that significantly benefits the face and body. 

The survey data demonstrates that DAY DRIN-C has been highly effective across multiple skin care concerns. The high percentage of positive feedback in hydration (97%), skin brightening (90%), evening skin tone (78%), and easing inflammation (80%) reflects DAY DRIN-C capability in addressing a range of skin issues, making it a well-rounded and beneficial addition to users' skincare routine.

The survey data indicates that SKIN WITHIN has been highly effective across multiple aspects of skincare and beyond. The product shows strong performance in controlling acne (76%), preventing breakouts (76%), hydrating skin (80%), improving overall skin tone and texture (84%), and supporting both hair (77%) and nail growth (77%). These positive responses suggest that SKIN WITHIN is a versatile product that delivers benefits not only for the skin but also for hair and nails.

The survey data indicates that GUT WITHIN has been highly effective in gut and internal health. The product shows strong performance in a decrease in bloating (83%), improvement in overall gut health (76%) and improvement to digestion (79%). GUT WITHIN has proven to be a powerful solution for enhancing gut and internal health.
