Directions: 

  1. Massage scrub onto dry skin before you shower from the neck down (avoid face) 
  2. Leave on your skin for a couple of minutes 
  3. For extra exfoliation use the dry brush to scrub off BEFORE as you rinse n the shower.
  4. Rinse of thoroughly in the shower 
  5. Apply our ALWAYS buttery moisturiser followed by our AFTER oil immediately after the shower while your skin is still hot for intense skin hydration.

Begin with dry skin before showering. Use long, upward strokes starting from your feet and moving towards the heart. Focus on areas that need extra attention (legs, arms, back of thighs). This stimulates circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, and preps the skin for hydration.

AFTER ELIXER BODY OIL

Post-shower, apply a generous layer of AFTER body oil to damp skin.
AFTER is a lightweight body oil designed to deeply hydrate, smooth dry skin, improve elasticity, enhance glow, and support skin repair without a greasy finish. Powered by vitamin E and nutrient-rich oils (almond, macadamia, hazelnut, cacao), it works to lock in moisture, soften rough texture, and protect against environmental stressors.

BODY GUA SHA

Glide the body gua sha over oiled skin using long, firm strokes. Work upwards along legs, arms, and waistline to help release tension and sculpt the body’s natural contours. Repeat each movement 3–5 times, or spend a few minutes on targeted areas of concern by applying more pressure.
