BEFORE - Body Polish Dry Scrub

Directions: 

1. Massage scrub onto dry skin before you shower from the neck down (avoid face) 
2. Leave on your skin for a couple of minutes 
3. For extra exfoliation use the dry brush to scrub off BEFORE as you rinse n the shower.
   
4. Rinse of thoroughly in the shower 
5. Apply our ALWAYS buttery moisturiser followed by our AFTER oil immediately after the shower while your skin is still hot for intense skin hydration.

Is ed&i body vegan?

DAY HYDRATE is not vegan and is cruelty free. 

Our supplement SKIN WITHIN is not vegan as we use hydrolysed marine collagen in the formulation. All our supplements are also made from gelatin which is not vegan.

However the rest of our body care and face care range is vegan. We do not test any of our products on animals. 

Is ed&i body natural?

ed&i body is made from natural and naturally derived products and enhanced with science. We use 1% fragrance in our body care range which we designed with NZ’s top perfumiest and sourced from France.

Our face care is derived from natural ingredients and enhanced with science for optimal performance. Our face care range is free from Fragrance, Alcohol, Silicone's, parabens, Sulphates, PEGs, synthetic colours and chemical UV filters.

Can I use ed&i body if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, most of our ed&i body products are safe to use while pregnant excepts those listed below. We have received great feedback from mums and mums to be who have used ed&i throughout their pregnancy and after birth. 

SKIN WITHIN and YOUTH WITHIN is made with hydrolysed marine collagen. Please consult your doctor before taking this if you are unsure. Marine collagen is considered a seafood. YOUTH WITHIN also contains a high dose of Vit A. Vitamin A can concentrate in breast milk, and excessive amounts of vitamin A can be harmful to a baby. In other words, don't take extra amounts of vitamin A unless your doctor determines you have a serious deficiency and directs you to do otherwise

GUT WITHIN is not recommended for pregnant ladies or those breastfeeding due to the Cayenne Powder which is spicy which it may cause baby to have upset tummy. However some have no issues taking it when pregnant or breastfeeding. 

NIGHT CAP is not recommended for pregnant ladies as the use of Vitamin A which can be harmful to the baby. If you choose to use NIGHT CAP while breastfeeding make sure to wash your hands after application. 

LIGHTS OUT is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to HPR being a derivative of vitamin A, similar to retinol.

If I stop taking SKIN WITHIN, will my skin issues come back? 

Taking an internal beauty supplement is essentially part of your daily beauty routine and lifestyle. SKIN WITHIN supports skin health while you take it. To continue seeing the results SKIN WITHIN provides then it needs to be taken continuously. SKIN WITHIN contains health supplements that can/should be taken everyday if you are concerned about skin health. We cannot say whether or not your skin issues will return.

Can I take SKIN WITHIN if I am allergic to mushrooms? 

Our hero ingredient in SKIN WITHIN is Tremella mushroom. If allergic to mushrooms, we advise against it. 

How often should I be using Morning Coffee?

Like any face exfoliator we recommend using a few times a week! However, all skin is different, finding what works best for you is key. Some can use it more frequently at twice a day and others only a few times a week. Find what works best for you.

Where is ed&i body made?

All skincare and supplements are proudly made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients. Our Lip Smudges are made in Italy from some of the top make up formulators in the world. 

Can men use ed&i body/take ed&i supplements? 

Yes! Males can absolutely use any ed&i products. In fact we have seen some incredible results within our ed&i male community. Our products can be used by anyone!

How long do I wait before getting into bed/putting clothes on after applying PART TIME TAN?

We recommend always waiting until your tan is touch dry before getting dressed. Usually 10-20 min depending.

How long does PART TIME TAN last? 

PART TIME TAN is designed to last at least 3-4 days of a strong natural glow. Like all tans if you moisturise daily after washing the tan off, you should notice your tan will last longer. PART TIME TAN also has a patch-free fade. Please refer to our Beauty Blog for any additional tan info here

Can you use AFTER oil in your hair?

Yes, you can. Use AFTER as a hair mask overnight. It is suitable for all hair types. You can also use AFTER as a shaving oil and a bath oil while you soak. For any additional info on ways you can use our AFTER Oil, please refer to our Beauty Blog here

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin, or those who suffer from eczema or psoriasis?

Yes! We have had some amazing results from people who suffer from eczema and psoriasis after using our body care range. However, everyone’s skin is different, and people react to products differently. We cannot guarantee you will have the same results as someone else.

How do I clean my Mitt?

It is very important to apply your tan with a clean mitt to give your tan the best finish. You can simply hand wash your mitt in warm water with a bit of detergent or pop your mitt on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Your mitt should be replaced every 3-6 months.

Who do I contact if my order doesn’t arrive or goes missing? 

Unfortunately, once the order is handed over to the courier it is up to them to get your order safely in a prompt manner to you. If you do not receive your package you will need to call the courier and supply them with your order number (emailed to you) to make an enquiry. Is YOUTH WITHIN, GUT WITHIN and SKIN WITHIN Gluten free? 

The raw materials are not sourced from gluten-containing ingredients. However, we cannot confirm they are gluten free as they have not been tested for this.

Can I take YOUTH WITHIN, GUT WITHIN and SKIN WITHIN together? 

Yes! You absolutely can take together. Depending on your needs, you can mix the doses. Ed takes 2 YOUTH WITHIN, 1 SKIN WITHIN and 2 GUT WITHIN for her needs. 

Can I take GUT WITHIN with other supplements or medication?

It is safe to take GUT WITHIN with other supplements. It is also safe to take with other medications, however if you are unsure or on strict medication, please consult with your doctor. 

At what age should I start taking NMN/YOUTH WITHIN? 

Starting a NMN supplementation in your 30s is ideal because that’s when your body's natural production of NMN starts to decline, contributing to aging signs like wrinkles and decreased energy. In your 40s and beyond, NMN can provide more noticeable anti-aging benefits, such as improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles and sagging. Younger individuals in their teens and 20s generally don't need NMN, as their bodies produce sufficient amounts naturally, but it can still be used as a support for overall wellness.
